What is CallDesk?
CallDesk is a dashboard created for a mockup for Gallup in order to track customer service calls.

Strategy
The primary user of the "CallDesk" dashboard is the manger. The manager is in charge of monitoring data and calls for up to ten teams. This dashboard provides data of the amount of calls missed, resolved or open cases. The dashboard aslo has filtering capabilities in order to categorize data. The data is all displayed on one screen avoiding the user to open multiple windows and tabs.
